FIT is an information theory that explains fundamental aspects of physical reality, including relativity, quantum mechanics, and gravity, without any postulates or principles. FIT starts only with the axiomatic premise that use of information is the cause of all non-random actions. In FIT, there is no notion of light, relativity, gravity, and quantum behavior to begin with; those notions are derived.
