Space/time is manipulated by gravity and energy creating mass. I believe it is possible to create a particular energized molecular apparatus that can untie the knot of sub-atomic particles. By using atomic gravity, energy can be converted back in to space through time. Aiming these extra lines of space parallel and perpendicular to each other, a fold in space/time can be achieved so that the outside the apparatus has a perceived volume/mass of zero; While, from the inside, volume and mass would adhere to the normal physical rules.
This apparatus could be called a "universal pressure induced Einstein/Bose condensate engine." It would bend outside space around it just like a gravity wave bends and distorts space/time without being easily observed. This engine would operate as a quantum computer, passing inside and outside space/time simultaneously and unconnected to each other.

Maybe I can explain a little bit better if I walk it through the idea of dark energy first. The above are two rudimentary pictures representing black holes: space/time in blue, the black hole's gravitational reach in red, with the event horizon in black and purple as the bending of space/time.
The first illustration is drawn as we understand it now. Massive gravitational forces pull in time and space to the point that light can not escape. That the galaxy has produced this system after billions of years of colliding atoms into smaller spaces and gravity wrapping all these objects together with space dust.
The second is a reverse of that thinking. It assumes that black hole is the first energy point of the galaxy. Outside space/time pushes against the black hole making it stable; keeping its energy in a pressurized dormant state. As the first black holes moved away from each other they become less compressed causing a blazer; energy slips out at right angles according to its spin. This energy fills the void of space/time as what we understand to be atoms, light and other radiation until it creates a buffer ring around the black hole so that it becomes stable so it can begin go back into a gluttony phase.
The process itself is not all that different from the idea of "dark matter," as the intergraded pressure of space/time relaxing and higher forms of matter become radioactive and slowly dissipate into background radiation. All of this matter "leaking" energy speeds up separation between particles while gravity holds them together as a system under the pressure of the universe.
It is accepted that not all particles exist at anyone time to create anyone object. I would say that barely any particles exist in any universal instant. If it is true that matter can "leak" space/time and not all particles in a system exist in any instant, then two systems can exist simultaneously within the same geometric space.
